Rotita è stata fondato il 1° novembre 2014. Il negozio, con sede a Shanghai (China), era conosciuto prima con il nome di WholesaleItOnline. Anche se il design dei due negozi di moda si differenzia, le condizioni di acquisto e l'assortimento sono rimasti uguali. Il negozio di moda propone ottime occasione e perciò vale la pena visitarlo.

La nostra opinione su Rotita
Abbiamo ricevuto il nostro primo acquisto da Rotita. Il tempo di spedizione è stato maggiore rispetto a quello indicato: il pacco è arrivato a inizio gennaio, dopo 25 giorni lavorativi, ma ciò è dovuto soprattutto al periodo caotico post-natalizio. La comunicazione con il servizio clienti è molto buona, purtroppo però ci sono ancora problemi con l'invio automatico di e-mail. Infatti, non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna e-mail relativa all'invio del nostro ordine e, per vedere che il nostro pacco era stato inviato, abbiamo dovuto accedere al nostro account sulla pagina Rotita.
Il cambio di dominio ha funzionato bene: non ci sono stati lunghi periodi di offline, il nuovo dominio funziona correttamente e le risposte alle e-mail sono molto rapide. Quindi, il cambio di nome si è rivelato un successo!
Su Rotita potete pagare solo con il vostro conto PayPal: potete decidere di pagare velocemente anche con PayPal Express Checkout. Ovviamente, riteniamo che PayPal sia il metodo di pagamento più sicuro, perché avete 180 giorni di tempo per utilizzare la protezione acquirenti Paypal, tramite la quale potete ricevere indietro il vostro denaro, nel caso in cui non riceviate il prodotto o in caso di problemi.

Il pagamento con carta di credito qui avviene tramite PayPal. In questo modo, il negozio cinese non riceve le informazioni sulla vostra carta di credito, ma conferma subito il pagamento tramite PayPal.
Spese di spedizione e tempi di consegna
Avete la possibilità di scegliere tra spedizione flat rate gratuita, standard o express. Se scegliete l'alternativa gratuita dovete considerare anche 7-15 giorni lavorativi per la consegna. Forse i dati di Rotita sono troppo ottimisti, perché in base alla nostra esperienza la spedizione può durare fino a 25 giorni lavorativi. In ogni caso, potete sempre scegliere la spedizione standard, con la quale il vostro pacco arriva tra i 5-7 giorni lavorativi pagando circa 5€ in più. Un'altra scelta potrebbe essere quella della spedizione express, con la quale il pacco arriva entro 3-5 giorni lavorativi pagando circa il doppio rispetto alla spedizione standard.
Rotita e la dogana
Rotita dichiara in modo accurato i pacchi e, di conseguenza, i nostri ordini sono arrivati senza problemi. Non dimenticate, però, che se effettuate un ordine superiore ai 22€ dovete pagare l'IVA all'importazione pari al 22%. Inoltre, se effettuate un ordine superiore ai 150€ vengono applicati ulteriori dazi doganali.
Il nostro ordine da Rotita: imballaggio buono, ma consegna dopo 25 giorni lavorativi a causa del periodo caotico post-natalizio.
Se ricevete prodotti falsi o danneggiati, potete restituirli entro 7 giorni lavorativi. Naturalmente, bisogna fare attenzione a restituire i prodotti non utilizzati, non danneggiati e con l'imballaggio originale. Se scegliete la taglia o il colore sbagliato, potete sostituire il prodotto, ma le spese di reso e di nuova consegna sono a vostro carica e in più dovete pagare un tassa di $3.
Potete ricevere numerose offerte sia dal servizio clienti tramite chat live sia consultando la rubrica "Daily Deals". Anche il blog personale del negozio è un'ottima idea, ma non viene curato già da molto tempo. Se ti registri, ricevi tra il 6-16% di sconto e da 1 a 8 prodotti al mese gratuiti.
Chi ama capi di vestiario unici e blogga sul proprio stile, dovrebbe visitare assolutamente Rotita. Inoltre, il negozio online propone occasioni giornaliere uniche. In questo caso, il negozio è molto affidabile con la spedizione promettendo una spedizione standard gratuita che arriva entro 15 giorni lavorativi.

It is in the month that I ordered and paid two costumes for the sea and still have not arrived. I am not at all satisfied with Rotita, with these delivery times, I do not think I will do more orders, never more orders with Rotota, I am very disappointed.

The website is a giant scam! The product you see and the product you get are two completely different things! I ordered a dress and received something entirely different. Cheap material, different pattern and colour. I asked for a refund posting pictures comparing the dress on their website and what I got but they denied evidence claiming my dress was exactly as described. It was not. They told me I could return it but at my own expences, so it was not worth it. They robed me 28 dollars! First and Last time I ever buy something from their website. Hope authorities could do something in order to stop then from scaming other people!

I am very unhappy with this company and it's return policy. I will never purchase items from here again. Please note that they expect you to pay the full cost if you return an item and they do not send out a print out receipt with the items. It makes the whole system seem untrustworthy.

Did not fit and wanted a refund and to return. offered 50% back and wanted me to keep the clothes. I settled for 70% back and donated the clothes. Out of China. Terrible company to deal with. 0 stars!!

They lied about the materials used to make the dress I ordered. What was advertised was not delivered. I can't wear a dress that looks stylish and elegant in the photo (and is advertised as a certain material) but it actually made of t-shirt material!!! They refuse to cover the cost of return and say that the false advertising is "not their fault". They have terrible customer service. Scam.

ROTITA is a company of THIEVES AND LIARS!! DO NOT TRUST THEM! I ordered items on 12/13/2019 and they claim that the packages were "delivered", therefore they aren't entitled to provide a refund to me even though I NEVER RECEIVED THE SO CALLED "DELIVERED PACKAGES". At one point in my Claim Ticket with them, they acknowledge they were going to issue a refund to me, but they didn't and now they just keep telling me to "Close the PayPal dispute and we will refund", but I don't even have an open dispute with PayPal. I can't close a dispute that I don't have open!!! I even paid for shipping insurance, and their policy states "all money will be refunded or product replaced in the event of lost packages or damaged product", but THEY STILL WON'T HONOR THEIR OWN SHIPPING INSURANCE POLICY!!! So don't order from this company, they won't send your product and they won't refund your money, even if you pay for the shipping insurance! THIEVES AND LIARS AND CRIMINALS! WHAT ELSE CAN YOU EXPECT FROM A BUNCH OF LOW LIFE PEOPLE FROM HONG KONG!!!! THEY'RE ALL THIEVES! THEY CAN'T MAKE AN HONEST LIVING SO THEY STEAL FROM OTHERS!!!

ZERO STARS. Rotita is far and away the worst company that I have ever dealt with. It took over a month to receive my order. The clothes look cute but on arrival, none of them fit; one item was too large and the other two were too small even though they were supposedly the same size. I requested an RMA, several times, and they finally sent it. I returned the merchandise, tracked it, got a proof of delivery showing that it had been received by them and demanded a refund. It took awhile and a lot of demands and threats on my part but I did get a full refund. They then had the never to ask me for an excellent review. HAHAHA

Don't hold out much hope of getting my refund wish I had read the reviews before ordering. After returning 2 tops I purchased they arrived very late so I have returned them, sent picture of return receipt as informed to do via raising ticket, must say all my enquiries/tickets were answered pretty quick I only hope they respond as quick with issuing my refund. They have some nice clothing etc on there website but shame they.re shipping and returns policies are letting them down my advise think very carefully before ordering from Rotita

I've had a very bad experience with Rotita and i just had to come warn other buyers to beware. I ordered three dresses on rotita in September. The orders were delivered on October 6. For context, i live in Canada. On getting the order, i found the quality of the dresses were really poor and substandard for a $40 dress (each) so i returned them through USPS to the address provided to me by their agent. My return was received on October 14, still within the 30 days return policy. I never received a refund and today, December 5, i reached out to them through live chat and the agent disconnected the chat when i asked for my refund. So i opened a new ticket, aside from my original refund ticket and got a message from them saying my return period had exceeded the 30 days return period and was no longer eligible for a refund.
In my mind, an online store with no physical location shipping from China is nothing but a scam. Buyers beware!

This might be the worst merchant ever on the Internet. Purchased three items; returned one item within 10 days after purchased and was promised a refund within seven days. A month after the return was done the refund still hasn’t materialized after numerous contacts with customer service. You cannot get anybody on the phone and you can only do online chats or emails. Stay away from this merchant.

I made a purchase (9-22) for my wife and daughter almost 5 weeks ago. I know they said it could take 2-3 weeks so I ordered far early (5 weeks in advance) to have the items for a Halloween party (in 2 days now)..
So on the 10th I inquired about the items. I was told they will be here the 15th. I wait and nothing.
The 17th I'm told delivered already. I said no they weren't. Then they will be here in 4 days. When I questioned about you said delivered and now 4 days what's going on ? They disconnected me.
Now on the 22nd they say delivered and I said it wasn't. They supply a tracking link in Chinese .. useless.
Then they say it was out of stock and I'll be reimbursed in a week or so. I told them it wasn't out of stock a month ago. After questioning them they disconnect me .. again.
I went to PayPal and filed a dispute. They respond that give it a few days please. I request a tracking # and they finally supply it and it hasn't left China yet. I demand my money back through PayPal because now I can't use the items .. the party in 2 days .. and I'm sick of their lies.
Their reply : I have checked your order.Your order is passing customs and then shipped to your country.It will take some time . After that, it will continue to be shipped.I have urged the express company to expedite shipment. Please be patient for a few days. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best Wishes!
They are refusing to refund me with this reply. Then when I finally get it they will say ship it back. Then they will make an excuse and only refund 1/2 back and after 2 months or so. I've just read the reviews which I should have prior.

Do Not Buy from Rotita or China ! If you do you were warned !!

Wouldn't take Rotita items if they were giving them away. Took 2 months to receive, horrible fit and quality so I returned. Two months later, got an email that they wouldn't refund because they claimed the shirt had a stain on it........It was a bathing suit!!!! Never worn, never washed!! PS, the suit was shipped from China for goodness sakes!!!! BEWARE!!!!

I ordered some tops. They took quite a time to deliver.
When they come, there was a fault in the materials print. I don't like the material. The sizes were a bit small. I was going to return them, but there were so many bad comments about this site I decided to cut my losses & try & sell on ebay.
My advice is never use this company

it has happened to me their clothing looks lovely but after reading all the reviews it doesnt look very promeing i put in a order about 4 weeks ago still havent received it maybe be it may never turn up all thoese outlets must be the same i orderd 3 dress from another they came in the post yesterday it looked second hand the fabric was aful and had 2 big holes in it so if u are thinking of buying from any of them through fb DONT BOTHER they are cheap pricers and they look it too NEVER WILL I BUY ON LINE CLOTHS AGAIN i advise u all out there to do the same cause u will be disapointerd shop in ur own country it may cost u more but at least u know what ur getting

I ordered 3 dresses & had to return them due to size issues. I returned the very next day I received them. I was told by the post office, that they will receive the parcel in 10 days. I was chasing them to see if they have received the parcel for nearly 6 weeks & After that they sent me message stating they can’t refund me full & can't send the another size as the item was stained. I don’t believe this, as I sent the items the very next day & Rotita has not been open and honest and didn’t even bother informing me that they have received the parcel until I asked them!!!
To my surprise another message came through stating only 1/4 amount was refunded and that too was on the rotita account & not in my bank account. Why refund on your store account??? Are you that confident that even after your unprofessional approach, people would buy stuff again?
However, on checking my Rotita account, there is no balance in my Rotita account. It seems they are there to extort the money from people.
I would like to know how to take this matter further as ultimately it is my hard earned money and I deserve the full refund.
Beware & don’t order anything from this company. Horrible experience and ZERO customer service.

Slow customer service response (with bad English). No phone number to call. Can't track the package (I have been given the same tracking number 3 times - it just says label created. Way over 15 days since order. This is frustrating. I will NEVER ORDER from this group again.
