I bought an elegant dress from our website, It was my first gift for my girlfriend and I had no idea about what to give her. So I was quite nervous also. I have bought some dresses from this website, when I received the package, I like it very much. the quality is good, and when I sent an email to them, the customer service gave me a quick reply. Like it!

ich habe 1x dort bestellt und nie wieder! habe extra 60$ mehr für die lieferung bezahlt (steht max 8tage) schlussentlich kam die ware erst nach über 1mt!! sry das gseht gar nicht in meinen augen! voll die abzocke, ok 'billige' kleider etc. dafür die lieferungzeit. nichts desto trotz sind die 'billige' ware doch teurer, wenn man es aurechnet.... mwst. + zoll! deshalb fingerweg!

Im Großen und Ganzem auf jeden Fall lohnenswert. Lieferung hatte einige Tage verspäter, aber darüber kann man noch hinweg sehen. Ansonsten ist die Qualität ganz in Ordnung. So schöne Sachen, die man in Deutschland gar nicht im Laden bekommt. Also man trägt Sachen, die sonst wirklich kaum jemand noch hat.

Hab zwei sehr gegensätzliche Erfahrungen gemacht.

Zur ersten Bestellung: Alles super. Kaufabwicklng problemlos, Kleid kam im angegebenen Zeitraum. Qualität war in Ordnung.

Deswegen hatte ich auch keine Bedenken als ich Monate später meine zweite Bestellung tätigte.
Kaufabwicklung und Lieferzeit wieder vollkommen okay. ABER: der Kundenservice hat in meinem Fall ziemlich versagt. Das bestellte Shirt war irgendwie ziemlich durchsichtig und generell sah es irgendwie anders aus, als auf der Abbildung im Internet. Naja, kann ja mal passieren. Deswegen wollte ich es zurück schicken. Wie hier auch beschrieben, kann fehlerhafte (oder Ware, die anders ist, als beschrieben) zurückgesendet werden. Ich hab dem Kundenservice sicher 10 Mails geschrieben, in denen ich zugegebenerweise immer unfreundlicher wurde. Letztendlich hat es zwar geklappt, aber dadurch, dass ich die Versandkosten (zin und zurück!) auch noch selber tragen musste, echt nervig und auch rausgeschmissenes Geld.

Also zusammenfassend: Solange man gute Ware erwischt, alles gut. Gute Abwicklung, "schnelle" Lieferung.
Aber sobald irgendein Problem auftaucht und der Kundenservice benötigt wird -> nicht mehr so toll...
